John Albers introduced me to a wider world of information through The Wall Street Journal, which he would read sitting upstairs in the Student Center. He had a photographic memory which made classwork incredibly easy, and allowed him to spend time reading widely. If memory serves John returned to the east coast and opened his own rare book locating business.
