Schedule for Reunion Events (all activities at Hilton Pasadena unless otherwise noted):

Friday, February 27, 2015 (all events at the Hilton):

• 10 am: Reunion Sign-in (distribution of Registration packets) begins in Hospitality Room.
• 10 am - 4 pm: Hospitality Room open (contains Envoys, Portfolios, & other memorabilia).
• 1-4 pm: Get-acquainted Reception (light appetizers and iced tea).
• 2 pm: PowerPoint slide presentation: "History of the AC Campus Location from 1874 to Present" -- first showing.
• 3 pm: Hilton Pasadena hotel rooms available for check-in (some rooms available earlier).
• 4-5:15 pm: PowerPoint slide presentation: "History of the AC Campus Location from 1874 to Present" -- second showing.
• 6-10 pm: Welcome Dinner, Reunion Attendee Introductions, & Weekend Event Review (with cash bar).

Saturday, February 28, 2015 (most events on former AC campus):

• 8-10 am: Hospitality Room open (contains Envoys & other memorabilia).
• 9:15-10:30 am: Tour of Ambassador Auditorium: "Architecture, Acoustics, and History"; gather in Grand Lobby -- doors open at 9 am.
• 10:30 am: Group Photo -- south-facing steps of Hall of Administration (weather permitting)
• 10:30-11:15 am: Before lunch visit Maranatha facilities -- Gymnasium, Natatorium, Grove Terrace, Track.
• 11:15 am - Noon: Student Center appetizers; doors open at 11 am.
• Noon – 1:30 pm: Meal portion of lunch at the former AC Student Center.
• 1:30-3pm: Relax in Student Center and/or self-guided stroll through upper campus.
• 3-5 pm: Tour of "Tournament House", a.k.a. Rose Parade HQ and Wrigley Mansion.
• You have the option of walking the one mile back to the Hilton via Pasadena Old Town, which contains many shopping and/or dining choices.
• 5-10 pm: Hospitality Room open (plenty of tables & chairs for long conversations).
• Dinner of your own arranging; suggest you consider one of 100+ restaurants in Old Town Pasadena -- only one-half mile from either the former AC Campus or the Hilton Pasadena Hotel.

Sunday, March 1, 2015 (all events at the Hilton):

• 9 am - 5 pm: Hospitality Room open (contains Envoys & other memorabilia).
• 9-10:30 am: One break-out session for DPC (aka the Computer Dept or IT) and one session for Foreign Travels (e.g. The Jerusalem Dig and other AC-organized overseas adventures).
• 10:45 am -- 12:15 pm: One break-out session for the Band and another break-out session for the Chorale.
• 2-4 pm: Three separate gatherings, one each for students from 1950-62, from 1963-69, & from the 1970’s.
• 6-10 pm: Banquet & Dance, with age- and decibel-appropriate music (with cash bar).

Monday, March 2, 2015 (all events at the Hilton):

• 8 am – 4 pm: Hospitality Room open (contains Envoys & other memorabilia).
  • Time for last look at Envoys, Portfolios, and other memorabilia.
  • Time for long, relaxed mixing and conversations with no scheduled events to interrupt.
• Noon: Hilton Pasadena room check-out time.
• 4 pm: Reunion ends.
