2017 Reunion Schedule

• Sunday, March 12, 2017
  • 9:30 a.m. – Reunion sign-in begins in Hospitality Room (receive name badges and Reunion handout materials)
  • 9:30 a.m.–5 p.m. – Hospitality Room open: lots of memorabilia on display, and beer and  wine Reception 1-4 p.m.
  • 6-10 p.m. – Welcome Dinner Buffet (ticketed event)
• Monday, March 13, 2017
  • 8-10 a.m. – Breakfast (optional) at French Market Buffet (you pay at door): section will be reserved for Reunion attendees
  • 9:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. – Breakout Sessions
  • 7-10 p.m. – Hospitality Room open: beer/wine available 7-10 p.m.
  • Evening – or free to explore Las Vegas
• Tuesday, March 14, 2017
  • 8-10 a.m. – Breakfast (optional) at French Market Buffet (you pay at door): section will be reserved for Reunion attendees
  • 9:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. – Hospitality Room open: beer/wine available 1-4 p.m.
  • 10 a.m.–5 p.m. – Informal Attendee-requested Breakout Sessions
  • Daytime – or free to explore Las Vegas
  • 6-10 p.m. – Banquet, Program, and Dancing (ticketed event)
• Wednesday, March 15, 2017
  • 8-10 a.m. – Breakfast (optional) at French Market Buffet (you pay at door): section will be reserved for Reunion attendees
  • 9:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m. – Hoover Dam Tour via hired busses (ticketed event)
  • 10 a. m.–10 p.m. – Hospitality Room open: beer/wine available 7-10 p.m.
  • Day and Evening – or free to explore Las Vegas
• Thursday, March 16, 2017
  • 8-10 a.m. – Breakfast (optional) at French Market Buffet (you pay at door): section will be reserved for Reunion attendees
  • 9–noon – Hospitality Room open
  • Noon – Reunion ends; Orleans Hotel check-out time
• Venue: All activities are at The Orleans Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas except the Hoover Dam Tour which will depart from The Orleans.
