I have some sad news to pass on to the Ambassador College family. I received a call from Lynda (Walden) Bechtold's daughter. She informed me that Lynda had passed away around 9 AM that morning (5/29/19). Lynda had been battling cancer. She and I were room-mates our freshman year (Murphy House), and then were "room-mates" after we graduated. At both of the AC reunions we spent a lot of time visiting together. We remained in contact via letters and phone calls after the Las Vegas Reunion. We had spoken to each other several weeks ago, and she mentioned she was not doing too well. I was really sad to receive that news. Her husband David is not in the best of health and I'm sure he would appreciate all your thoughts and prayers.
