Great Loss of a Pillar From Our Forum Family

I'm very sorry to announce that our beloved friend Doris Cole has completed her earthly journey and entered into God's Kingdom early this afternoon.  Doris was only a few days away from her 90th Birthday.

We had only one Alumnus of Doris' caliber on the Forum.  Being in one of the earliest classes at Ambassador College, she provided dozens and dozens of historical Posts that provided many vivid details about early college life.  Today daughter Patti passed along a special message that her Mom "loved connecting with all her friends on the forum."

Doris will be rejoining her beloved Wayne, to whom she had been devoted for nearly 70 years of marriage.  This reunion will bring about unprecedented joy in Heaven.

Doris, along with Wayne,  was a pioneer in every sense of the word.  The early years of Ambassador College were challenging, but Doris was never one to shrink from a difficult pathway.  She served faithfully in the ministry with Wayne when finances were so scarce that her family had to use their imagination to make ends meet.

Along with Wayne, Doris provided great support to build a very successful work in the continent of Australia.  The demands and responsibilities were truly great, but Doris always made sure she gave her children the best possible life.

Doris daughter Patti has been an absolute saint in the loving care she has provided her dear Mom for every minute of her life.  Your cards of condolence and love to Patti and her family will be deeply appreciated.
