Obituary

Madeleine Louise Bansemer, Born on April 19, 1941, in Sussex, Wisconsin, was the cherished only child of Byron and Florence Bansemer.  From a young age, she found joy in playing the accordion and helpng her parents in their restaurant.  In 1960, Madeleine pursued her education at Ambassador College in Pasadena, graduating in 1965.  It was during this time that she met Robert Fiske, whom she married in 1967.  Together, they welcomed three wonderful sons:  Jonathan, Timothy and Kevin.  Madeleine and Bob were devoted members of the United Church of God in Orange County, where they contributed their time and talents. 

After 44 years of a loving marriage, Robert sadly passed away.  Madeleine continued to live in Huntington Beach, California, until 2015, when she relocated to Prescott Valley, Arizona.  A woman of many passions, Madeleine delighted in plaing the accordion and piano, singing in the choir, gardening, sewing, quilting, baking, and nurturing her family.  Here unwavering faith and service to God were central to her life until her last days. 

Madeleine passed away on September 21, 2024, due to complications frm severe Alzheimer's and dementia.  She is lovingly remembered by her three sons, Jonathan (Shani), Timothy (Erin) and Kevin ((Jennifer) as well as her eight grandchildren:  Kile, Katelyn, Kelsen, Matthew, Kodi, Ethan, Kella, and Kierstyn, and her five geat-grandchildren:  Cameron, Jaycob, Kaden, Ellia, and Carter.  Madeleine's spirit and legacy will continue to inspire all who knew her.
