"Susan Bradford  .  She died peacefully on the 28 of June. Susan had a heart  attack earlier in March .  She is survived by 5 children a number of grandchildren Three brothers William, (Brisbane Australia)  David, and Robert.

A memorial service is planned at a future time."

(Note:  Jenny lives in Australia, and that is probably the difference in the date of death.)
