Deceased Classmate: Michael R. Lohr 1975 Date Of Birth: Date Deceased: Age at Death: Cause of Death: cerebral hemorrhage Classmate City: near Sacramento Classmate State: CA Classmate Country: USA Was a Veteran: No Survived By: wife Diana and three children
Generous person and loved to laugh. Was a gifted salesperson. Won many awards as a sales rep for an office supply company. Loyal to his friends.
Mike was a roomy of mine at Grove Terrace, my first year at AC Pasadena, 1971. He was usually smiling as I recall, had a positive and friendly disposition and was a good friend. He was one of the few students I know of who had his own car on campus: a reddish-orange (to my eyes, I'm partly color-blind) Volkswagen which might have become his trademark! A shame that he is gone.
I remember that towards my Junior or Senior Year that Michael wanted to be on the football team of which I was the Captain and quarterback. We went undefeated that year. Michael has injured one of his knees but had worked hard to rehabilitate it. He was content to play on ''defense'' with a brace and had a good attitude. God bless his remaining family.
So sad to hear this. Mike and I were the closest of friends in college. He was a person of great devotion/dedication and extremely loyal. We had great times together driving around Pasadena and went on quite a few hunting trips together. He was like a big brother to me when I attended AC. A good role model. I am sure that he is missed by friends and family.
Michael's a super friendly guy. I only talked with him a few times the year. I was at AC7475, but he remembered me and when he saw me in Niagara. Falls for the feast in 75. Invited me out with him bird Hunting and then again in Redding California for the feast in 1993 We spent a little time together and was very enjoyable.
Stillthe same friendly guy. By Then he was married with a couple kids.He was very happy. He loved his wife and kids really sad to hear that he'sGone.
