"Larry-O" as he was often called. We worked together at Television Studios for several years. Some may remember him as a yeller when things didn't go as the perfectionism in him erupted. He was truly a hard-working, kind-hearted man, a teddy-bear. He and his wife were avid Bridge players who invited newbies (like me) into their home to patiently teach the intricacies of the game.
