John Christopher (Laskos)

I entered AC Pasadena as a graduate student in '76 but was included with the Juniors in the '77-'78 envoy (page 43) - never knew why. Married Helen Bagnall the following year, (AC Pasadena 1977) shortly after her graduation.

After AC we spent the 80s getting to know our new country (Helen was born in Canada, I came from Greece via the UK). We lived in California (Pasadena, Altadena, Palmdale)till '84, then Montana (Bozeman) till '87, and New Hampshire (Laconia) for one year, before settling in the Pacific Northwest (Camas, Washington in the greater Portland area), where we have lived since early '89. (No... we have no plans on any further moves.)

Currently enjoying semi-retirement / grandparenthood while revisiting fond memories, among which we count our years at AC... which, on balance, added up to a positive experience for us.

AC beating Pac Lutheran at basketball in '76(?) or was it '77(?) -- I'd never cheered or yelled louder before or since :) Go Royals!!!
