Larry was born in Budapest 31 July 1954, his parents fled Hungary in 1956 and ended up in Toronto, Canada. About six years later Larry was united with his family. I think he came to A.C. the year after me, and since I came in 1974 he must have come in 1975. He only attended AC for a year, he must have left college in the spring of 1976. We got married in Stavanger, Norway in 1978 and divorced some years after that. He got a degree in psychology from the University of Bergen and then worked as a psychologist in Northern Norway - his last 12 years or so in Bodø. He suddenly died in June 2008.
I knew Larry somewhat. Mr parents left Denmark after WW2 and ended up near Toronto, ON where we may have met and later at AC. I remember Larry as being a weightlifter. I'm sad to hear he is gone at a relatively young age. Condolences to his loved ones.
I knew Larry in Toronto, he was a room mate for a time. A great guy to spend time with, a solid sense of humour and deep thinker. Sorry to hear he died young.
