Sharron, my beloved wife of 48 years, died on 12/25/23. We first met at Church in Minneapolis in 1972, became well acquainted through participation in the local Church choir and began singing duets together, accompanying ourselves on guitar. We were married in July, 1975 and dearly loved the three children God gave us, Samuel, Deborah and David. Sharron was a woman of deep faith. We studied the Bible together with mutual understanding and knew that just as Jesus was resurrected from the dead, so shall we and all human beings be (I Cor. 15:20-23). Many of our songs reflect this understanding. I am a 1976 graduate of AC, Pasadena. Sharron took classes part-time during my senior year and worked in the Radio Production Department. We were both in the Ambassador Chorale. Sharron and I performed Special Music several times in the Ambassador Auditorium, also in the Imperial Gym and for some outlying Church areas, accompanied by Mark Graham on bass. We were the first act ever to use guitars in the Ambassador Auditorium (causing consternation among some Church officials and their wives), and recorded an album of original material in the Ambassador College TV studios.
